SLED Charges Former City of Loris Clerk of Court with Grand Larceny and Violation of Ethics
The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged Todd Keith Massey II, 40, with Grand Larceny – Value $10,000 or More and Violation of Ethics – Use of Official Position or Office for Financial Gain on Wednesday, October 7, 2026. The 15th Circuit Solicitor’s Office requested the SLED investigation.

Massey was booked into the J. Reuben Long Detention Center in Horry County.
The case will be prosecuted by the 15th Circuit Solicitor’s Office.
